I have a picture of you taken circa 1957 at the Town Hall Ranch Party Cook-out in, I believe Ventura, Ca. It was taken by my mother. Our family was there as were Rosale & Joe Mayfis, The Collins Kids, Crash Corragin, Johnny Bond, and many others, most of the Towh Hall Party tv show.

I have a Radio show daily I cohost called
BACK IN THE COUNTRY and we play your music
on a regular basis and would love to have
you call us sometime and talk on the air
at WHSXFM 991THEHOSS! I gave you a ride
to the airport in Nashville around 25 years ago as you were heading to LA and
you were very courteous and appreciative.
Continued Good Health and Blessings to
you and your family from all of us here
in Kentucky!

At one time you were interested in the genealogy of the Segrests. I have a copy of your book, the "Segrest Saga" which I used extensively while researching the Mississippi Segrests, my mother being a Segrest. If you are interested, I could send you a copy of my work on the Mississippi Segrests in PDF format. It would fill in some of the gaps in your book. BTW, I am a fan of your music!

I just heard your song Easy Lovin for the very 1st time on Willies Roadhouse on Sirius Satellite radio and it touched me. I guess my mom didn't have her radio on in 1970 or 1971 so I missed it somehow. It seems like a VERY difficult song to sing. I LOVE how the organ and guitar play against each other and your vocal style has made me your newest fan. God bless you Freddie! Your a real American icon.

I first "Trip to Heaven" on Juke Box at a local American Legion Post that my Dad belonged to in 1974, and I loved the pure sound and the love Freddie Hart put into singing that song. I have continued to treasure that song and "Easy Loving" as my two favorites over the past 43 years.
It is wonderful to hear Freddie Hart is still with us.

Mr. Hart, I have to say that I have just become aware of your music-although I am sure through my lifetime I have heard it and was unaware who the artist was!
My Goodness-Your Song-This Old Church- Touches My Soul & Brings such Happy memories of my Childhood Church! What A Story of Representation of the Church, Us & Religion in this Day & Time! YOUR song Is SO Relevant Today! We All Suffer & Fall Apart Sometimes, But God Is Steadily Faithful To His Children. I Love This Song Message & Constantly Request it Since I have Found It! I am a New Artist Myself & I pray that one day My Songs God Fills My Heart With, will have the Impact For Others-As This Old Church Impacted Me! Thank you for your Music & Sharing Your Ministry & Love of God
